What’s new
New things you can do in each version, and where to find them — with notable fixes in one line at the end.
1.1.5
September 2026 · iOS & Android
For crew
- A roster for the fridgeMore → Printable roster: a month on one page in big, plain words — Off, Work, Standby, Away — with the places and the times. For family who don’t use the app. Pick the language and share the PDF.
- Planned flights to your logbook appMore → Logbook app (iPhone): send upcoming flights to Logger or LogTen Pro and fill in the rest yourself. Or send flown flights from a start date you pick, so flights already in your logbook app are never doubled.
- Crew on a possible flightRoster: tap a Possible flight on a standby day to see the crew and the aircraft, just like a flight on your roster. Live roster only.
- Traffic at a glanceMore → To & from work: going by car, the card now says Traffic normal, Some traffic or Heavy traffic with the extra minutes. The Getting home card also shows when you land.
Fixes: roster days no longer go missing when a line in the CrewLink report is read wrongly, a possible flight on standby shows on the right day only, and exporting the logbook as PDF shows that it’s working instead of looking frozen.
1.1.4
September 2026 · iOS & Android
For crew
- To & from workMore → To & from work: set up car, public transport or your airline’s own flights once. Then tap Check-in › on a duty to see when to leave, and Check-out › for the way home. Optional reminder before you need to leave.
- Calendar that updates itselfMore → Calendar: your roster in your phone’s calendar, updated at every sync — retimes included. Share that calendar with your family and they see it too.
- Expected times in the rosterRoster: when NetLine retimes a flight, the scheduled time stays and “Expected 19:50 · +25” shows underneath. Flown flights show the actual times with the schedule beside them. Live roster only.
- Flight searchMore → Flight search: every departure from your base on a day, your own flights marked. Tap one for live status.
- Send flights to Logger or LogTen ProMore → Logbook app (iPhone): pick your app, and new flights go straight into it — no file to import. Included in Crew.
- Passengers per flightRoster → a flight you’ve flown → Passengers. Shows up in your logbook and Stats. Never shared.
- Roster changes to confirmUnconfirmed changes in NetLine? The roster keeps your current duty, marked in yellow, and a banner opens NetLine’s OLD → NEW list. You confirm in NetLine — the app never does.
- Jump to any monthRoster → calendar → tap the month name: pick a year and a month.
- HYPR username on the Sync screenMore → Sync: see which username the app signs in with, and change it right there.
Fixes: the month’s duty hours now match NetLine’s, the roster list opens on today without jumping, posting to the swap market works again with Live roster, a slow NetLine no longer costs you your sign-in, and a wrong HYPR username is caught in seconds instead of minutes.
1.1.3
17 September 2026 · iOS & Android
For crew
- Dark modeThe whole app now follows your phone’s light or dark setting — easier on the eyes at 04:00 in a hotel room. Pick System, Light or Dark under More → Settings → Appearance.
- Possible flight on standbyRoster → a standby day: if NetLine’s flight search already lists you on a flight that isn’t on your roster, it shows as “Possible” — often the day before, with a notification. Only your published roster counts. Norwegian only for now.
- Commuting by airMore → Notifications → Landing notification → choose Flight and your home airport. On your last day before days off, the Roster tab and the flight card show the next flights home with gate, delays and minutes after landing — and the landing notification names them.
- Month hours in the calendarRoster → calendar: the month’s block and duty hours as bars — scheduled and flown so far — plus sectors and days off.
- ICAO codes on the flight cardRoster → a flight: ENGM–ENBR under the title. Hold to copy.
For family & friends
- Dark modeThe app follows your phone’s light or dark setting, or pick one under More → Settings → Appearance.
Fixes: a crew change after a standby call-out now shows on every leg, travel-only days no longer disappear from Live roster, the HYPR banner clears as soon as you’ve approved, and a slow NetLine no longer costs you an extra HYPR push.
1.1.2
8 September 2026 · iOS & Android
For crew
- The amigo page, rebuiltAmigos tab → a person: what they’re doing right now, both your next days off and the next same layover, arrows to browse day by day, and every flight opens a live card with map, METAR/TAF and the aircraft.
- Import your LogTen Pro logbookMore → Logbook → Import CSV / PDF takes the file straight from LogTen Pro (Reports → Exporters → Export Flights (Tab)). Your history comes in, and night, landings and PIC names are added to the legs you already have.
- Crew ID on sim and course daysRoster tab: the participants on a simulator or course day now show their crew ID next to the name — handy for examiners checking licences beforehand. Hold a name to copy the number.
- Getting home outside NorwayMore → Notifications → Landing notification now works from any base: address search and the landing alert cover airports outside Norway too, and your family sees arrival times in the local clock of the station.
For family & friends
- What the numbers meanHome → a person → a flight: tap Altitude, Ground speed, True airspeed, Outside air, Wind or the distance to go, and get a short explanation of what it means for the plane — with the real numbers from the flight.

5 September 2026 · iOS & Android
For crew
- Live roster — updates itselfYour roster now refreshes itself straight from NetLine — in the background too. When crew control changes something you get a notification saying which days, and a “See what changed” banner in the Roster tab. You approve a HYPR push only every few days instead of at every sync. Status under More → Sync.
- Your flight on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic IslandOn duty, a live card follows your day by itself: countdown to departure, a ring that fills up in the air with the estimated landing, then “Landed” — and the next leg takes over. No need to open the app (iPhone).
- Tail numbers and actual timesRoster tab → a flight: see the aircraft registration ahead of time. Actual block times go straight into your logbook about an hour after check-out — no more preliminary rows.
- Get to know your aircraftRoster tab → a flight → the aircraft: photo, year built, how many times you have flown it, and where it is right now — live from its inbound leg until it is at your gate, with altitude, true airspeed and wind.
- Hotel address and crew transportRoster tab → a layover night → the hotel: address, contact details and the transport company, straight from your airline. Call the hotel or the transport with one tap.
- Night time in your logbookMore → Logbook: every flight now shows its night time (EASA definition, sun 6° below the horizon), calculated along the route — also in the export.
- NetLine’s own figures in the FTL tabBlock time for the calendar year and the last 12 months now start from NetLine’s figure for today, so they are right even if the app only has a few months of roster. Tap a limit to see it month by month.
- Heads-up when your inbound aircraft is lateOne notification, 60–30 minutes before departure, when the aircraft you are taking over is running late and less than 30 minutes of turnaround remain. All notification switches now live under More → Notifications.
- Your day on the home screenThe widget now follows your day leg by leg — the flight you are on with progress and estimated landing, the next one, and “Night in …” or “Home” at the end. FTL limits have their own widget. Add them from your phone’s widget gallery.
- Amigo widgetAdd the “Amigo” widget and pick a colleague who shares their roster with you: their day leg by leg, or their next duty, on your home screen. Long-press the widget to change who.
- Widgets on your Lock ScreenLong-press the Lock Screen → Customise → add RosterAmigo: countdown to check-in, or your current flight with progress, right under the clock (iPhone).
For family & friends
- Landed alerts at every airportYou are notified when your crew member lands — at any airport, not only at home base — as long as they share arrivals with you.
- Live flight status and the aircraft on the mapHome → a flight: estimated landing and delays live from the airport at Norwegian airports, and once it is in the air, where the aircraft is right now with altitude and speed.
- The flight card starts by itselfWhen your crew member takes off on the last flight of the day, the live card appears on your Lock Screen on its own — no need to open the app (iPhone).
- Their day in more detailHome → their day: hotel pick-up time, where they sleep tonight and when they are home again — and flights they take as a passenger, so a day away no longer looks like a day at home.
Fixes: the app no longer signs you out when you open it offline, a colleague who accepts your request shows up without restarting the app, and the Roster tab lands on today.

For family & friends
- Follow with one tapTap the invite link your crew member sends you — the app opens and asks if you want to follow. Codes still work too.
Fixes: the crew hotel shown for each night now matches your roster (no more last month’s hotel), and sign-in runs automatically for HYPR accounts that also have a passkey.
