Frequently asked questions

Which airlines does RosterAmigo work with?

RosterAmigo syncs rosters from crew portals built on Lufthansa Systems NetLine (CrewLink). If your airline uses a CrewLink portal for its individual duty plan, syncing should work. You log in to your airline’s own portal inside the app — RosterAmigo never sees your password.

My sync fails or shows an empty roster. What do I do?

First, check that you can log in and open your duty plan in the crew portal in a normal browser — if the portal is down or your login isn’t working there, the app cannot sync either. Make sure you approve the login push from your airline when it arrives. Then try again from the sync screen in the app. If it keeps failing, email us with a screenshot of where it stops.

Do I need an account to use the app?

Yes — you sign in with Apple or Google when you first open the app. We never see or store a password. The account is what makes sharing, cloud backup and restoring on a new phone possible. Family and friends also sign in, for free, and follow you by tapping the invite link you send them (or entering its code).

Is RosterAmigo free?

Following someone as family or friends is always free. Crew features — roster sync, legality, sharing and the optional EASA logbook — are a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play, with the first month free. See plans and prices; your local price is always shown in the store before you buy.

How do I cancel, change plan or restore a purchase?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by us: open your App Store or Google Play subscription settings to cancel or change plan — cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. If you cancel, everything already synced stays on your phone; new syncs need an active subscription. Got a new phone? Sign in with the same account and use Restore purchases on the subscription screen.

What can my family see when I share my roster?

People you invite see your duty dates, flights, times and layovers — enough to know when you are away, where you are and when you land. Names of colleagues you fly with are removed on your phone before anything is uploaded, so they are never shared.

Are the legality figures official?

No. RosterAmigo computes EASA ORO.FTL flight-time limitations from your roster and cites the rule behind every check, but it is an independent aid. Your airline’s crew system is the authoritative source for rostering and legality, and your collective agreement may set stricter limits than EASA — always check that separately.

How do I move my data to a new phone?

Cloud backup is on by default: sign in with the same account on the new phone and your roster, logbook and settings come back automatically. You can also export a full backup file (More → Backup) and restore it manually. Shared rosters and friend connections follow your account.

Delete your account

You can delete your RosterAmigo account and all data stored on our servers directly in the app:

This permanently deletes your account, your private cloud backup, any rosters you have shared, and your friend connections. It cannot be undone. Data stored locally on your phone (your roster and logbook) is unaffected; remove it by deleting the app.

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@rosteramigo.com from the address you registered with, and we will delete the account for you.
