Terms of use

These terms apply when you use the RosterAmigo app and website (“the service”), operated by Casamigo AS, org. no. 937 761 872, registered in Norway (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

1. What RosterAmigo is — and is not

RosterAmigo helps airline crew view their roster, logbook and flight-time limitations, and share their schedule with family, friends and colleagues.

RosterAmigo is an aid, not an authority. Your airline’s own crew system (NetLine/CrewLink or equivalent) remains the sole authoritative source for your roster and for flight- and duty-time legality. Calculations in the app (including EASA ORO.FTL limits) are provided for information only and may contain errors. Never rely on the app to determine whether you are legal to operate — always verify with your airline’s systems and applicable regulations, including any collective agreement that is stricter.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
You sign in with a third-party identity provider (Google or Apple). You are responsible for keeping that account secure.
Your airline crew-portal credentials are yours: the app never sees or stores them, and you are responsible for using the sync feature in accordance with your employment terms and your airline’s policies.
You can delete your account at any time in the app; this removes your data from our servers as described in the privacy policy.

Sharing is always initiated by you, through invite codes or colleague requests, with the access level you choose. Colleagues’ names printed on your roster are removed before anything is uploaded. You are responsible for who you invite and for what you share outside the app (for example exported files and calendars, which may contain your schedule).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other users’ data, circumvent access levels, harvest crew identifiers, disrupt the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Price and subscription

Crew features (roster sync, sharing and the optional EASA logbook add-on) require an auto-renewing subscription, purchased through the App Store or Google Play; following the app for free as family or friends does not. The current price, free-trial period and plan options are always shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled — manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. If you cancel, everything already synced stays on your device — new syncs require an active subscription. The store’s own terms also apply to the purchase.

6. Third-party data

The app displays data from public aviation sources (weather, airport status, live aircraft positions, aircraft photos). This data is provided “as is” by those sources, may be inaccurate or unavailable, and must not be used for operational decisions.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casamigo AS is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on information shown in the app — including roster, legality and flight-time calculations. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Changes to the service and these terms

We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you in the app before they take effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are subject to the ordinary Norwegian courts, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
